How do I pay balance of a Thomson holiday?

Probably reading question I sound like an idiot but I am not. As I stay part of the year in Mallorca I booked a med cruise only with Thomson from Palma in Jan and I now have a balance to pay. I have my booking confirmation etc and their telephone no on this. When you ‘phone the telephone number it advise you the Thomson Shop is now closed, gives an 0870 no to call. On calling this number you are advised to press 2 for extisting bookings and 1 for new bookings. On pressing 2 you are advised they no longer handle existing bookings. I redialed and pressed 1. After holding on considerably got through to someone who asked was there not another no anywhere on my confirmation, which there isn’t. She then said she would try and find out…..held on and on and she then said her system was really slow and she would ‘phone me back but she hasn’t. It’s not as if I can just pop in to a local travel agent who does Thomson Hols and ask if I can pay there, probably would be a bit of cheek anyway as I didn’t book through them. The address at top of confirmation with telephone number is obviously their Holiday Shop which they say is now closed so can’t post to there. This is trivial but annoying. Anyone else experienced this?

I would probably use the internet site for cruises,
    http://www.thomson.co.uk/cruise.html?ito=goo&referrer=google&gclid=CN2X7YKvu5kCFQulQwodGWko6g
At the bottom right there is a box with a choice of ‘contact us’ . Try that, cheaper than phoning! The number they give on there is 0871…, a different one to the one you were given?
Hope you get through to them one way or another, good luck!
